BUSINESS OPERATIONS | LET’S START HERE
You're about to hire the person who will run your business for you. That's exciting! And if we're being honest… a little nerve-wracking.
She's going to have a lot of responsibility from day one. Which means there's a lot that needs to be in place before she arrives.
The most work for you is right before (and right after) she arrives. But, why, when she's meant to cut your workload in half?
Pulling everything together for her arrival (on top of your client work, team, and personal life) means doubling your workload right before she’s hired. Onboarding, training and transitioning keeps your workload doubled even after she’s brought on. That's not how this should go. She’s supposed to alleviate it as soon as she comes in.
You shouldn't have to work twice as hard now just to get some relief later.
When she arrives, she should be ready to go. You should be able to hand her one document and immediately step back. Not in 60 days. Not even in 30. Immediately.

With The New Business Partner Blueprint, in just 90 minutes together, we build the complete document your new strategic business partner needs to hit the ground running from day one. No messy onboarding. No brain dumps. No 10pm Slack messages asking "what's the password to this?"
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Everything she needs to know all in one document
How Your Business Is Currently Running
This is where we review your current most vital systems for your online service business: client systems (onboarding, off boarding and delivery), team systems (onboarding and offboarding) and lead generation. We go over how each system runs, the software included and who is responsible for what. Your new strategic business partner will be in charge of managing and optimizing these systems so here we make sure they know them all inside and out.
What Your Team Structure Looks Like
Your business is only as strong as the structure of your team. We go over every current team member, what their roles are, what they are responsible for, how often they work and who you plan on bringing on in the upcoming future. Since your new strategic business partner will help in (or takeover) managing your team, this is what they need to learn about your entire team in minutes.
What’s Currently Happening On The Inside
This is where we review everything happening internally. This includes: open client projects, development initiatives and internal projects such as rebrands or updates. Your new strategic business partner needs to know everything going on, what the status is and what are the next steps. Since they will be heavily involved in these projects, this allows them to step in and get caught up right away.
Tools, Tech and Access
This is the nitty gritty part that often gets handed over to the new strategic business partner piece by piece. But in order for her to do her job right away, this will go a long way and prevents you from getting random messages when it’s needed most.
This blueprint is the only onboarding document you need for your new partner.
For something that would take you too much time to put togther yourself (without forgetting anything!) we do it together in 1.5 hours and prevent you from spending endless weeks or months on preparation that you don’t need to.
