This project (or launch) plan is the document that ensures your launch is completed within 90 days or less. It lists:
All project milestones and tasks within each
Start dates and deadlines for each task
Assignees for each task (your existing team or contractors you need to hire)
Estimated costs and risks per each milestone or task
Your Review
The Project Plan draft is sent to you for one round of review and revisions. This is in case you want to:
Alter the scope based on cost estimates
Make revisions on assignees
Break the tasks down into more, smaller tasks
Change anything else!
