Consistent oversight of every task and assignee in the dashboard with quick follow up on anything delayed or with blockers so nothing falls behind.

CEO Weekly Progress Calls

30-minute standing calls every week with updates, statuses, and anything that needs your input or awareness.

PM Dashboard Setup & Input

Dashboard built and configured in your existing PM tool with the full project plan loaded — every task, date, and assignee ready to go.

Obstacle Resolution k

Blockers will arise, that’s inevitable. But when they do, I handle them. No escalating to you unless a strategic decision is needed.

Team Member Hiring

For each team member that you don’t currently have, but is needed for the launch, I can handle hiring.

$150 per hire - I handle job description, hiring, interviewing, onboarding for project and PM input and managing, same as the other team members.

The project starts running on its own — tasks, milestones, and deadlines already set. I monitor and manage everything daily from here.

Weekly calls keep you in the loop. Everything else is handled: you show up, get the update, make a decision or 2 and get back to your zone of genius.

Once all tasks from the project plan are successfully completed, we have our 30-min close out call to go over last remaining items and launch plans.
